Vacation Pay
TLG Temporary Employees are eligible for one week of vacation pay for every 2000 consecutive hours worked between January 1st-December 31st!
Holiday Pay
TLG Temporary Employees are eligible for holiday pay on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All you need to do is work 600 consecutive hours between holidays as well as your assigned day before and after the holiday, and you will receive holiday pay!

Free Computer Software Training
TLG offers free computer software training. You can improve your skills and add new skills in word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, data entry, and basic keyboarding. Call your Staffing Consultant for details on how to schedule your training.
Employee Recognition
The "Temporary Employee of the Month" is recognized for his/her outstanding efforts. This individual has gone beyond the call of duty, has shown good work habits, or has been nominated by a client. A cash bonus is awarded to this individual who will also be highlighted in the TLG Newsletter.
