A Chicago based global private markets investment manager is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide superior level administrative and office support to its growing NYC office. Responsibilities include providing reception support, including answering and forwarding calls, coordinating meetings including scheduling conference rooms and catering. They will also be responsible for ordering supplies, upkeep of general office, filing, scanning and opening/distributing daily mail. There will also be preparing travel and expense reports and will work collaboratively with the EA’s to support office invoices as requested. . The ideal candidate is someone who naturally possesses an infectious enthusiasm for his/her work and exudes positivity with an insatiable desire to support others. 2-4 years’ experience working in a fast paced, agile environment is necessary.
