A firm located in the Fulton Market is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Chicago office to perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties on a temporary to hire basis. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, setting up conference rooms, calendar management, ordering catering as needed, reception duties and any other tasks as necessary. Ideal candidates should be quick, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator. Candidates must also love working in an entrepreneurial setting and be open to a no 2 days the same, ever changing role. This position will have flexible days and times but may need to shift days based on company needs/priorities.
