Leading downtown private equity firm seeks an Executive Assistant supporting the CFO and two investment Principals. Primary responsibilities include coordinating meetings/interviews/conference calls, managing of external relationships, coordinate travel/events and maintain accurate expenses. Candidates must be degreed and have at least 3-5 years stable work experience as an Executive Assistant and have some experience in either finance or consulting.  Looking for a savvy travel and meeting coordinator guru who has outstanding client service skills, PC skills and a “can-do” attitude.  Firm offers excellent benefits, growth potential, beautiful offices and a culture of professionalism, fun and teamwork.
