A prestigious Private Club located in downtown Chicago is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and the Board of Directors. Key Duties include managing the membership process, scheduling/coordinating meetings, collecting then distributing prospective member information, organizing prospective member functions, and preparing/managing invitations to meetings and events. Responsibilities will also include providing a wide range of complex office administration, supporting and coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant or membership development experience as well as professional and has a mature demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive/confidential situations with absolute discretion are also a must.
