A boutique search firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support a Managing Director as well as the office functionality. Duties will include managing the executive’s travel, calendar, meetings, correspondence, and documentation in addition to overseeing supply inventory, liaising with vendors, event coordination, and catering requests. The ideal candidate is highly professional, even keeled, possesses excellent communication, is calm under pressure, and has a Bachelor’s degree. At least 1+ years’ of related experience is required. This firm offers a great package including four weeks of paid time off!
