The Principal is a successful entrepreneur and current CEO based in both NYC and LA. He is seeking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a broad range of administrative support for his business and personal life. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, highly resourceful professional who is able to work flexible hours (some evenings, weekends and holidays required). He/she will have experience as an executive assistant or other relevant experience. He/she must maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times and be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The following characteristics are essential for this position:

• Can successfully handle complex travel and logistical arrangements with minimal notice
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing critical tasks
• Anticipates issues before they happen and plans option-based contingencies
• Completely flexible; provides 24/7 availability including matching other time zones, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Hard working, highly efficient and extremely detail oriented while maintaining accuracy
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exhibits good judgment when making decisions
• Self-motivated, possessing a positive “can-do” attitude
• Knows when/how to be assertive to get things done
• Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Versatile professional with a high standard of integrity, able to maintain professionalism and composure in a highly stressful environment
• Willing to take a pre-commencement physical, psychological exam and drug screen if requested
• Valid driver’s license
• May involve travel

• Calendar management; anticipate calendar risk and plan contingencies with multiple options
• Travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, guest travel, etc.
• Organization of events/engagements
• Reservations
• Personal errands
• Clerical duties (answer phones, data entry, filing)
• Keep Principal on-task and on-schedule
• Interact with service providers (hotels, car service, etc.)
• Work with internal team (executives, accountant, lawyer, etc.) on Principal’s behalf
• Pro-actively anticipate Principal’s needs
• Support Principal with other duties/projects as required
