Responsibilities
• Supporting and assisting the Managing Partner & other members of the team
• Handling calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner and other staff to ensure up to date organization
• Take charge of website overhaul & maintenance
• Responsible for monthly cash accounting reconciliation
• Interfacing with accountant as needed
• Arranging meetings and organizing calendars
o Creating new and existing deal files and ensuring all documentation is recorded and filed.
o Creating and setting up entities for investments
o Ordering 3rd party reports: Phase 1, Survey & Zoning Letters
o Setting up new Operating Account with Bank
o Upload and maintain documents on Investor Portal AppFolio
o Dissolution of Entities
• Preparing documents and reports for meetings
• Researching, filing, and photocopying as needed
• Working in line with all company Policies and Procedures
• Producing, recording, and monitoring all Human Resources documents
• Creating new staff personnel files and ensuring all documentation is recorded and filed

Requirements
• Highly motivated, strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and maintains a professional demeanor
• Confident ability to work with strong personalities
• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work streams simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of general office procedures, protocol and professionalism; ability to exercise good judgement
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excellent proofing skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience of working in an office environment
