Executive Assistant/Search Coordinator

A Global executive search firm is booming! Are you ready to jump in and support three highly talented executive search Partners? Hit the ground running with your outstanding delivery and communication skills, research prowess, mad organizational skills, and a love for juggling, shifting, and juggling some more!  The key to success in this role is thinking two steps ahead.

Search experience is a huge plus, but if you have what it takes and are intrigued with the world of executive search, learn from the best!


  • Production-related Work with heavy typing
  • Prepare documents in company-specific formats (e.g. resumes, letters, and other client deliverables)
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence (e.g. e-mails, memos, and facsimiles) on behalf of Directors and Associates
  • Communicate with senior level clients and candidates (via email and telephone)
  • Schedule candidate interviews (in person or via videoconference)
  • Schedule conference calls between company and client
  • Database Entry and Maintenance
  • Input, update and maintain records in company resource management database
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist CEO and work with CEO’s assistant on various research and production-related projects
  • Research various companies and individuals (e.g. using Internet and company database)


  • A./B.S. from an accredited college or university
  • Advanced writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizations skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task effectively in an environment that is very fast-paced and demanding
  • Keen ability to “see around the corners” and to think ahead- to anticipate and know what is needed before it is requested
