We are working with a fantastic candidate who has 10+ years of strong Executive Assistant experience primarily in the financial field and is ready for her next best fit! She is currently the Executive Assistant to the CEO and President of a well-respected financial firm in the Chicago Loop where she does extensive calendaring, heavy travel coordination for both domestic and international trips, schedules all meetings, and liaises with other administrative staff in the firm. Prior to this, she was Executive Assistant at a private equity firm supporting a Partner, Managing Director, as well as the CFO. Her primary duties included managing their complex calendars and keeping them prepared and on track, domestic and international travel coordination on both commercial and private aircraft, meeting planning including the catering and meeting setup, and some personal assistant duties. Before this, she supported a President of a national firm who traveled heavily so she had to have meticulous attention to detail and 24/7 mentality where he could contact her early in the morning or late at night and she always responded. She is extremely polished, professional, and describes herself as extremely loyal and dedicated to her bosses as her goal is to make sure they are able to be as efficient as possible.
