A commercial property management company located in Chicago is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the President, Vice President, and their direct reports. Responsibilities include providing assistance for management, oversight of the general office functions, handle/supervise phone, email and calendaring, providing support for business operations and other miscellaneous admin duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience providing clerical and admin support will be proficient with Microsoft Office and must have high level organizational/communication skills. They must also have the ability to work with little direction, have a commitment to strong interpersonal relationships and possess the highest level of professional integrity, including a commitment to the company’s standards of professional behavior.
