Office Manager/Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to the Executive VP/Chief Commercial Officer, you will provide daily support and administrative assistance. You will work across a broad range of activities including but not limited to calendaring, travel, managing high-priority workflows and approvals, processing expense reporting, organizing meeting notes and other due diligence information and assigned duties. You will have the ability to manage and proactively build relationships across Invenergy senior leadership and key external contacts. You will maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for EVP/COO, manage scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, have the ability to read between the lines to identify then address executive needs and have excellent interpersonal skills. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an EA reporting directly to executive management is required.
