Part Time Admin Assistant/Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Part-Time 10-15 hours to start, up to 20/hrs
  • Manage incoming calls and take messages when appropriate
  • Assist with putting together presentations
  • Update and manage social media outlets
  • Assist with marketing materials
  • Coordinate event planning
  • Assemble agendas
  • Prep for meetings
  • Conference room calendar management
  • First line of defense for project sites

Requirements:

  • Confident on the phone, self-starter, high energy, people-person
  • Jack of all trades
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Google Suites and other marketing programs
