An Executive Recruitment Firm located in Chicago is looking for a Project Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team! Responsibilities include managing workflow, communication and reporting for multiple projects, assisting in formatting/preparation/proofreading of documents for proposals and coordinating meeting schedules and travel arrangements. This candidate will also be responsible for proactively maintaining calendars, phone/email communications and maintaining/updating/improving marketing efforts inclusive of social media, website and business development. A minimum of five years supporting a C-level executive, Senior Partner, Managing Director, or General Manager in a professional services organization is required. 5 years of experience in the information technology and/or software engineering arena, with emphasis on modern commercial software tools, platforms and methods. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
