Responsibilities

  • Effectively screen calls and takes messages in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Greet all visitors and ensure they are settled in the appropriate office or meeting space
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Work in QuickBooks to assist with light accounting needs
  • Utilize Excel to run and analyze reports
  • Conference room set up and keep the office organized
  • Assist with office filing and organization
  • Open and distribute courier packages and mail according to internal control procedures
  • Prepare material for delivery via U.S. mail or courier services
  • Communicate with vendors regarding office machine maintenance and repair
  • Provide administrative back-up support if needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office in a corporate setting (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Maintains high professional standards and personal conduct
  • A self-starter, requiring minimum supervision – resourceful
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Discreet and able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Must be comfortable going into the office (social distancing is being practiced)
