This position necessitates a highly driven, organized professional that is is a self-starter and thrives capable in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also required. To achieve success and growth someone who is service-oriented and plays an active role in understanding what is important to the attorneys both personally and professionally.


  • Word processing and document management to prepare/revise, format and finalize a multitude of documents, correspondence, memoranda, and legal materials.
  • Proofreading, formatting and identifying any inconsistencies in all materials. Transcribes dictation, meeting minutes, taped records of conference and meetings.
  • Process checks, enter attorney time/expense, coordinates and schedules travel arrangements through web-based applications, calendar management, schedule conferences calls. Conducts internet research as directed by attorneys.
  • General office support, administrative support and managing the Conference Center meetings and requests, manage Calendar Court Services.
  • Interacts daily with all departments within in the organization to provide the highest possible legal support internally and externally.
  • Create and maintain files in compliance with current company policies.
  • Aid other practice assistants within assigned teams as needed. Fosters professional, cooperative and supportive relationships with peers, superiors and clients. Fosters professional and collaborative relationships with peers.


  • Must have three years plus of administrative experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and formatting documents, Adobe Acrobat DC, PowerPoint and Excel experience are also strongly preferred.
  • The ability to work the core business hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with flexibility for overtime, as required.
  • Maintains positive, professional, courteous and flexible demeanor when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Performs complex practice assistant activities which may be highly confidential and sensitive and requires discretion and diplomacy.
