  • Be an ambassador of first impressions to clients, guests, and visiting employees
  • Manage a national multi-line switchboard
  • Use e-tools and computer systems to track visitors, manage catering orders, and manage conference room needs and activities
  • Provide conference room support including supply management and Audio/Visual troubleshooting, including Web Ex and projector set up and administration
  • Ensure that reception area and conference rooms are kept neat and orderly and properly stocked
  • Order and organize food & beverage for meetings as needed
  • Consistently track and report information insuring accuracy and paying specific attention to detail
  • Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional customer service skills
  • Distribute items throughout the office as necessary
  • Perform other Facility Management assignments as described by team and manager
  • Regular work hours are from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, including an hour break for lunch



  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a receptionist for financial services and/or other professional services organization
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with external and clients and internal teams required
  • Must have an outgoing, friendly nature
  • Communicate professionally, in a clear and concise manner
  • Show initiative in taking action and responding appropriately; must be a self-starter
  • Be highly respected by colleagues and serve as a positive role model
  • Demonstrate the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibits a professional yet personal demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
