Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed support to the HR team
  • Maintain office schedules, track meetings and events
  • Strong email communication required, prioritize incoming email
  • Schedule interviews and provide exceptional service to guests
  • Assist with writing email responses, create responses for approval
  • Provide general administrative support and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work well with others in all capacities within the company
