Growing up in Mount Prospect, Illinois, Izzy has always called the Chicagoland area home. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and quickly discovered that helping people was exactly where she wanted to build her career.

She got her start in Human Resources as a People Shared Services Representative, supporting the employee experience and onboarding for a technology company. It didn’t take long to realize that recruiting was the perfect fit. Building relationships, getting to know candidates, and helping people find opportunities they can truly get excited about is what energizes her most. Joining Larko felt like a natural next step, offering the chance to learn from an experienced team while being part of a collaborative, people-first culture.

Outside of the office you’ll likely find Izzy planning her next adventure. She’s already visited 21 countries and is always looking for the next stamp in her passport. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, weightlifting, catching live concerts, playing video games, and hanging out with her tuxedo cat, Sadie.
