Temporary Jobs with the Benefits of a Permanent Position

  • VACATION PAY: TLG Temporary Employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation pay for every 2000 consecutive hours worked.
  • HOLIDAY PAY: TLG Temporary Employees are eligible for holiday pay, upon completion of 1,000 consecutive hours worked, on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION: The Temporary Employee of the Month is recognized for his/her outstanding efforts. This individual has gone beyond the call of duty, has shown good work habits, or has been nominated by a client.
  • WEEKLY PAY: You will receive your pay, through direct deposit, every week. Enjoy the freedom of earning money and getting paid right away.
  • PAID OVERTIME: Sometimes a temporary assignment requires over 40 hours. When that happens, and there is client approval, you will be eligible for paid overtime.
