Caitlin Dromm,
Recruiting Consultant
Growing up in Florida, the motto – we live where you vacation –was always on Caitlin’s mind. After studying Communications at the University of South Florida, her career goal was to be a journalist in a city with changing seasons. She moved to Chicago in 2018 where she fell into the healthcare world via optical and found her true passion for connecting with patients and helping people achieve their goals.
She was quickly promoted and ultimately focused on internal recruiting. It was the perfect mix of communication, customer service and impacting careers in a truly positive way. From that moment, Caitlin knew she wanted to expand her horizons, which led her to The Larko Group, where she was immediately drawn to our philosophy and passion for making a difference.
When Caitlin isn’t busy supporting our TLG team, she enjoys going for walks, trying new breweries and exercising at SoulCycle with friends. She has a one-year old cat named, Mozzarella, to keep her company!
