Shannon Beyer,
Principal Recruiter
A native Arizonan, Shannon earned a BA in Journalism & Mass Communications from Arizona State University before joining a local communications firm where she honed her public relations skill set for three years.
She then traded the desert for the snow, moving to Chicago to pursue an MA in Public Relations & Advertising from DePaul University. While in school, Shannon provided personal and communication support to a professional athlete and, upon graduation, was named Executive Director of Noah’s Arc Foundation – a role she served in for more than four years.
In 2016, The Larko Group placed Shannon at one80 Search, a retained executive search firm focused in the medical technology space. Throughout the next decade, Shannon developed a passion for the recruiting industry – especially the discovery of top-tier talent. Her career journey has come full circle since joining The Larko Group as a Principal Consultant in October 2025.
Outside of work, you can find Shannon wrangling her two young children, adding to her “to be read” pile and watching all the sports (especially her ASU Sun Devils!).
