Sophie Webb,
Client and Recruiting Coordinator
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio (Go Browns!), Sophie graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in Public Relations and minors in Human Resource Management and Converged Media. She also earned certificates in American Sign Language and Professional Social Media.
After moving to Chicago, Sophie began her career as an HR Generalist and quickly discovered her passion for recruiting. She loves connecting with people, helping them find the right opportunities, and seeing the impact of a great match firsthand. Sophie knew The Larko Group was the perfect place to grow her recruiting career, surrounded by strong, driven women who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
This new chapter has been a success! Sophie loves how walkable and full of energy the city is. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, volleyball, golf, exploring new restaurants, playing pool, and going to concerts (she even made it to Country Fest this summer to see Hardy, Zach Top, Dierks Bentley, and Bailey Zimmerman!).
