Kelly is Chicagoan through and through! Not only was she born and raised in the Chicagoland area, but she attended college in the city and has since been building her life here. Kelly graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, she served as a teacher in Chicago Public Schools for a decade and taught second grade, fourth grade, and kindergarten.
Kelly’s history with The Larko Group is a uniquely personal one. When Kelly felt the desire to make a career change, TLG assisted with her initial job search and entry into the corporate world. She worked as an office administrator at a Chicago-based architectural design firm for a year but never forgot about her incredible candidate experience with The Larko Group. Equipped with her skill set from both teaching and office administration, Kelly jumped at the opportunity to work with TLG as a client and recruiting coordinator!
In her spare time, you can find Kelly taking a ride on her Peloton, diving into a good book, performing in a comedy show, traveling with family, or seeing a movie with friends!

Favorite Childhood Memory: Every summer, we would travel to my aunt’s lake house in Michigan for a weeklong vacation with extended family. Those trips hold such a special place in my heart!
