Join an outstanding Portfolio Analytics team where you’ll work closely with Senior Leadership, Investment Professional and Investor Relations. You will be in the mix, helping shape how the firm presents performance, insights, and updates to its investors. You will be the go-to for making sure everything that goes out to investors from LP emails and press releases to quarterly presentations is accurate, buttoned-up, and backed by solid documentation. You’ll help build out clear, organized support materials that make the numbers easy to trace and understand.

While your main focus will be quality and compliance in investor communications, you’ll also get hands-on with broader portfolio monitoring, FP&A, valuation modeling, and more. Responsibilities

  • Review and validate quantitative and qualitative data across all investor-facing materials, including quarterly reports, LP communications, and press releases. Maintain detailed tie-out workpapers as the single source of truth, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with Investor Relations to support fundraising efforts and LP diligence requests. Work with investment professionals and senior leadership to confirm the accuracy and consistency of portfolio data and contribute to analyses and presentations for high-profile meetings and investor communications.
  • Evaluate and recommend automation, AI, and other emerging technologies to improve verification workflows, documentation, and reporting efficiency. Support the ongoing scaling of the function as the firm’s portfolio grows in size and complexity.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Analytics team on quarterly valuations, performance monitoring, and ad hoc analytical projects. Maintain well-organized archives of supporting documentation for historical reference and future audits.

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or Mathematics (preferred).
  • Minimum two years of professional experience in assurance, financial analysis, FP&A, audit, or related analytical field.
  • Organized and efficient, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a collaborative, collegial, team-oriented environment.
  • Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills; experienced at producing professional-level documents and presentations.
  • Good business acumen, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative to identify issues and problem-solve.
  • Highly inquisitive orientation with a desire to think analytically and look beyond the obvious.
  • Tenacity in meeting deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency, a great work ethic, ability to work autonomously with good self-management discipline.
  • Effective under pressure, in changing environments, and with different technologies, people, and responsibilities
  • Ability to excel in unstructured, ad hoc projects.
