Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO & CFO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Prepare, edit, and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Manage logistics for board, investor, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring polished and professional communication.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Support capital formation workflows by coordinating internal deliverables, organizing data rooms, and maintaining investor databases.
- Track priorities and follow up on executive action items to ensure accountability and alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, acquisitions, HR, and marketing teams to drive execution of leadership initiatives.
- Assist in preparing investor materials, including updates, reports, and presentations.
Ideal Experience
- 7–10 years supporting C-level executives, ideally within private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex priorities with precision and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- A balance of “no task too big or too small” humility with strategic thinking and the ability to connect dots across projects.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual data rooms, and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and project management platforms).
- Proficiency in leveraging AI platforms and tools to drive efficiency and streamline workflows is a necessary skill for this role.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment requiring initiative and flexibility.
