This is a long-term contract position.
Responsibilities
- You will be a key player in ensuring that the organization can attract and hire the most talented professionals in the marketplace.
- Coordinate with candidates and interviewers to schedule a high volume of interviews daily.
- Use an applicant tracking system to monitor requisitions, track interview activity, and create a variety of reports.
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the interview process; schedule interviews, provide updates, cultivate relationships, and be an ambassador for the organization.
- Meet, greet, and host candidates in the office including prepping materials for in-person interviews in advance.
- Collaborate with the campus recruiting team to plan and execute recruitment events.
- Schedule trained interviewers and campus candidates via Calendly in collaboration with the campus recruiting team.
- Host campus batch interview days in the office; working in close collaboration with our campus recruiting team.
- Act as a system administrator for our applicant tracking system (ATS) and “super user”, including ensuring database integrity and maintaining ATS data.
- Pull weekly, quarterly, end-of-year, and ad hoc reports related to talent acquisition.
- Manage technology needs for interviews.
- Offer letter generation through DocuSign.
- Manage internal referral process through ATS.
Ideal Experience
- A college degree is preferred with one year of recruiting coordinator experience required.
- One year of campus recruiting coordinator experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple interview requests daily.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent task follow-through.
- Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels. Outstanding client service orientation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communicator and ability to manage up.
- Highly collaborative, with a strong team orientation.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
