This is a Temporary-to-Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Delivers ongoing and ad hoc reporting and analysis to inform leadership decision-making.
- Prepares high-impact presentation materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
- Designs and maintains HR dashboards to provide clear insights into workforce data and emerging trends.
- Ensures accuracy and functionality of HRIS data; proactively identifies and implements system enhancements.
- Manages onboarding and offboarding processes for both full-time employees and subcontractors.
- Supports performance management cycles by tracking review progress, issuing reminders, coordinating calibrations, and managing related documentation.
- Oversees compliance tracking, including HIPAA training, AAP certifications, and updates to the subcontractor handbook.
- Administers survey platform, leads execution of ad hoc surveys, and the annual employee engagement survey.
- Coordinates all pre-employment and pre-client engagement screenings and compliance activities for staff and subcontractors.
- Acts as a key liaison for HR-related vendor relationships.
- Supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provides additional HR support and performs other duties as needed.
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required.
- aPHR, PHR, or an equivalent certification is ideal.
- 3+ years of experience in a related HR role.
- Experience with an HRIS system is required.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in your work is essential.
- Interest in focusing on more back-end HR responsibilities.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform with discretion.
Up to $38 per hour (based on experience)
